Havent done this one yet... wondering how much DpS is lost without frost talents: Arcane Frostfire 21/50
Focus Magic = +3%% crit to a group/raid member.
Torment Weak and Presence of Mind.
Lose Living Bomb and gain possibility of instant Pyros X 2 with hotstreak/PoM! not a viable raiding spec but maybe fun for leveling. Should keep living bomb it drastically improves DPS as a DoT not to mention the damage it can do to adds if they are in range. Living Bomb is also low initial threat because it does no damage until the first tick. Great to throw up at the start of a fight.ahh, thanks. yea i didnt want to lose the frost end of the cast so i never did try it. and until i am in steady 25mans i think the best for me is 50/21 fireblast exchanges for lb, survivability with extra ib, haste with iv, and aoe dmg with 2 pts in shatter.
as far as lv vs coldsnap spec.... how much more dps is there with the dot?

Frost Fire or Arcane....or a mix?
for raidsarcane/fire is good damage and u got to spam only 2 spells basically. fire is the best but u need a lot of many for long boss fights. frost makes the most damage but only if u have verry good gear-in adition the spell rotation is far more complex than arcanethe boss killer seems to be a crit based fire spec. hot streak, combustion, and insta pyro would be your friend. i haven't really seen how arcane does against a powerful boss but the consistant damage should put up numbers. i get into contests with frost mages all the time to see who can dish out the most on a boss and usually win because combustion helps so much with crits..
