Now I'm a noob when it comes to mages cause i just started one (I'm lovin it btw). To me this looks pretty good but could you guys give me some pointers? Be as harsh as you want, but be sure there is some point behind your ranting.
figure Presence of Mind with Pyroblast would be sure to cause some epic damage. Then i just threw the rest into frost so i could have some fun with Blizzard and some crowd control when i need it.
Thanks in advance.Hybrid builds are good for a lot of classes, but I don't think a hybrid build for a mage is the wisest thing to do. POM Pyro is a classic build, but I wouldn't use it in a hybrid build. But since you want a hybrid build, here is what I would do:
think two of the most important talents would be Master of Elements, and Playing with fire, as they effect fire and frost spells. You still have the POM Pyro in there, and Imp Frostbolt, and Imp Fireball, and Imp Blizzard. I think a hybrid mage is weak, but if I had to build one, this would be it.

Arcane PvP spec- Opinions?
I have an Arcane spec here with PoM/Pyro, Arcane Barrage, the stun talents in Fire, and the 3 freeze talents in Frost. Obviously this is pure PvP, but I think this looks pretty good.
arcane flow? i think if you put those 3 points in frost to ice floes it'd be betterfound a couple of major holes in your spec such as:
nothing in prsmatic cloak for pvp? -6%% damage
no imp counterspell against healers?
a full min off pom pyro and 2min of evocation
agree with the guy above ice floes instead of frostbite
