Macro for Pet Attack/Follow on one button?

The pet bar doesn't eat into our normal casting bar, so you're argument about wanting to use as little space as possible to conserve space for our more valuable spells is invalid.
I've always just used the ctrl+1 for attack and ctrl+2 for follow, and never really used stay, but it would be ctrl+3 as thats the default. Also I mapped the button to go from one active casting bar to another to mouse scroll up and down for ease of transition. I have all of my Active Attacks on the main bar, with all of my tracking on the next one down and all of the miscellaneous ones, eyes of the beast, dismiss pet, and the aspects that are extremely situational on another.
I also have the two bottom bars up and have Kill Command, Intimidate, Betial Wrath and Misdirection on hotkey as Alt+1,2,3 and 4 with the rest of it being traps used often (frost, ice and snake) mount buttons, drink, call pet, feed pet, mend pet, aspect of the cheeta, aspect of the Viper and Aspect of the Hawk. if you'd like I can get a screenie, but i'm at work and don't have a chance to do that now.
Anyway this setup has worked for me forever basically, since I don't like using to many UI mods that change the UI, just using utility mods like Threat Meter, Deadly Boss Mod, and things like that. It's basically stock UI.
One last thing, putting you're pet on passive and being careful about what you send him to attack will almost completely eliminate the need for you to ever use the command as he will only attack what you told him to, kill it then come straight back. But do whatever you wanna do man, I just really don't see a point in spending time making a macro for things that already only take literally 1 second to accomplish by the default key bindings.-Light travels faster than sound, which is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.Hey all,
Been browsing the awsome stickies and links to some great, great macro help and that's awsome as i'm trying to get some essential macros together...
But..
Really would like one to get my pet to Attack OR Follow on one keybinding (pressing twice for follow seems best as having a situational condition for combat/nocombat might make it difficult to switch targets for pet to attack)
I'm sure i remember something like this pre-tbc but have looked everywhere and not found one now Any help or comments appreciated.
Summary
--
1 key binding for Pet Attack/Follow (click once to attack, click twice to follow)
Rather not use the standard keybindings if at all possible to simply map 1 key for petattack & 1 key for petfollow as trying to cut down on my keys to make room for all our essentials ;)
Is it possible?
Any ideas how?
Many thanks in advance :D
