Mind Blast is a waste of 4 talent points. I put those four points into Imp. Psh ream (so youan get silee) and into maxing out Shadow Fus to help prevent resists. I take Wand Sp bause while leveling, we do a lot of it. It helps. From there, max out Shadow Weaving, then get Silee, Vampir Embre and Fused Mind in whatever order you like. Youan worry about the rest later :) While leveling up my priest I used PW:S every pull. I found it easier and safer to use it and have myasts be uninterrupted than to use fear and possibly pull extra mobs. Plus, I find fear breaks so easily these days on damage it doesn't buy you as mh time as it used to.
